The Event-Festivity of Corruption

Event as it goes has a different meaning and effect each time it takes place. It even gives one an expression of joy, sadness or even indifference but it does evoke a reaction.
India a country of various regional and caste affliations is besieged with innumerable events which the Indian race tends to take part in.A country which preaches brotherhood and unity is still divided by events in its magnitude and celebration, but then cultural diversity does present this problem and one has to live with it.
But One event united everybody and that was Common Wealth Games.I frankly saw secularism in it.All religions came together and the country was United against the festivity of corruption. The crackers which kept bursting of and on were either filled up with a very expensive toilet paper or substandard material which would give away the moment light was shown to it .
We as spectators were overjoyed to see the man behind the festivity squirm in discomfort as his mentors shied away from the field where he lay alone facing it all.
The festivity of corruption had the blessings of the Mighty this time and not the Almighty.Obviously the Mighty have never protected ALL and showed their back to the very originator of this festival.
As the noises fade away and the people move away from the playground don't be surprised if the Ravana looks so familiar this time.
I may get to hear the hushed whispers or is it the chinese whispers now about this event and all those who took part in it.
Distance will grow now as the nation unites to witness the Fireworks take place. Many will even not recognize each other and credit snatchers will smile all the way to the bank .
Yes my friends this certainly was the Event of the Decade which has witnessed the `Father of all scams' ,mother has already run away ,if I may call it IPL and as the festival of Dusshera approaches ,the cry for justice will be unanimous.Never has been the nation so united in such a secular fashion.
Jai Ho!
