The Accent with a Curve

Find many Indians and Pakistanis speak in a foreign accent which makes me wonder how come the tongue takes a curve every time the mouth opens. No medical evidence could have ever proved that.
Not if that was enough, the tongue decided to go global and short and kept me wondering why are names being shortened with an accent combined. This was a deadly combo as it failed to differentiate the genders being addressed.
The vocabulary improved and so did the diction.
Did I hear Ash more often ,of course it meant something else in the dictionary or a Patel as Pat-tel .Pardon me ,but that is how best my fingers can type the curve .
I actually feel its the complex which has made the tongue curve. We have not been really proud of our Accent and to stand apart from the commoners, the curve has to be present.
Many of them give the credit mind you its not the blame ,to the few moments spent on the foreign shores and some to company they kept.Of course I attribute it to many having learnt the language late or maybe having caught up with it from the hearsay.
Whatever, but the curve never goes away. But whenever I see one coming my only reaction is `Listen Carefully, Dangerous Curve Ahead'
