Helpless

Days end fast and so does time but we still don't learn from the past and move on with life without caring for what crosses our path.
Every time I switch on the channel some kind of turmoil is on the air. My eyes blink for a while not able to fathom what exactly is happening.Where has all the peace gone or was it ever there.
Going back over the years there was a Bofors which had fired people's imagination and scam came into existence. Today ,the imagination has not ended in fact it triggers another one giving birth to a chain which looks like it never will .
Unsolved cases mount ,well none ever got solved earlier too but even when our know how has become more advanced it still has not really shown us the path to solutions.
The murder mysteries make Sherlock Holmes,Poirot etc really imaginative figures. Perhaps the authors who gave birth to them did not realize that we would have many of them coming in future which may remain unsolved forever.
Lust has paved way for the lusty and romance is no more the flavor. Ah the beautiful fountain which would spring its color of love every time it was let go now remains a mute spectator to a rape .
An era has dawned where we tag humans all in the name of justice and make them feel like animals and justify the inhuman act.
Where are we going.Do we even have a clue of it. No it doesn't look like.We are aimless now. The events of past few years has clogged our thinking and though we still want to shout out `Yes We Can' ,all of it sounds like a Big noise which gets shriller day by day.
I pray and bow to Him to show us the way and enlighten our dark minds which produce nothing but acid which threatens to destroy this beautiful place built with passion .
For once I don't have a religion and am just HELPLESS!
